What you need to know about our mobile immunisation service
How do we book a mobile flu vaccination clinic for our organisation?
Simply email us with your location and approximate headcount. We liaise with you regarding scheduling and we take care of logistics to ensure a seamless on-site experience.
What space requirements are needed at our location?
We require a private, clean indoor space with hand washing facilities nearby. Our team will supply all vaccines, sharps containers and sanitation supplies. In absence of a room, we require space for a privacy screen which we can supply.
Do staff/students/members need to bring documentation?
No, we require only a name and date of birth to register the immunisation into the Australian Immunisation Register. A consent form will be given to patients to fill out and sign during the session. For unaccompanied minors at a school or organisational setting, a consent form will be provided and must be signed by a parent or guardian prior to the vaccination session. We will endeavour to work with a consented minor as best as possible if apprehensive, however, we will not practice force and physical restraint will be gentle and only practiced to prevent sudden movement.
Are your clinicians fully accredited?
Absolutely. All Immunisation Station clinicians are AHPRA-registered Pharmacists with qualifications in immunisation delivery, anapylactic response and CPR resuscitation. They hold full professional indemnity.
How are medical waste and sharps disposed of?
We maintain strict clinical standards. All medical waste is removed from your site by our team at the end of the session for disposal according to WA health department regulations.
